Lower-middle-market private investment firm ICV Partners LLC appointed Everett Hill and promoted John Wallace as managing directors.

Hill, who worked at the ICV Executive Operating Network, will be based in the firm's Atlanta office. Wallace served as the interim CEO of the firm's portfolio companies OneTouchPoint Corp. and SG360.
