Erwin Dallmeyer has retired as a director of Burton, Texas-based Burton State Bank, and his son, Andrew Dallmeyer, has filled the vacated board seat, KWHI.com reported Jan. 12.

The older Dallmeyer served as a director of the bank since 1984. The younger Dallmeyer, a certified public accountant, serves as senior vice president of Mid-South Synergy, according to the report.

The bank is a unit of Burton Bancshares Inc.
