A$250M Sydney hotel pulled from market

Various local developers and long-term pub owners are still pursuing the Coogee Bay Hotel in Sydney, The Australian reported, even after the seller removed the property from the market.

C!inc hired Jones Lang LaSalle in April to start marketing the 51-room hotel, with an asking price of more than A$250 million. However, a company spokesperson cited by The Australian confirmed that the property, which also has 30 poker machines, a sports and beach bar and a restaurant, is no longer for sale.
