Mark Weaver will resign as vice president, controller and principal accounting officer of Internap Corp., effective Nov. 10, to join another company in Phoenix.

Weaver's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company, Internap said in an Oct. 5 SEC filing, adding that CFO Robert Dennerlein will fulfill the duties of principal accounting officer until a permanent replacement is named.
