Freddie Mac prices multifamily mortgage-backed offering

Freddie Mac priced an offering of K-F36 certificates backed by multifamily mortgages.

The offering includes $1.18 billion of the K-F36 certificates' floating-rate class A securities. The structured pass-through certificates are expected to settle on or about Oct. 25.

The classes backing the K-F36 certificates are issued by the FREMF 2017-KF36 Mortgage Trust and are guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The KF36 Trust will also issue certificates of classes that are subordinate to those backing the K-F36 certificates and are not guaranteed by Freddie Mac.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC serve as the offering's co-lead managers and book runners. Academy Securities Inc., Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and KGS-Alpha Capital Markets LP are co-managers.
