Wells Fargo adds former Bank of America CFO to board

Wells Fargo & Co.'s board elected Charles Noski to the company's board, effective June 1.

Noski served as vice chairman of Bank of America Corp. from June 2011 until September 2012, and served as the company's CFO before that. He also served as CFO of Northrup Grumman and AT&T Inc.

Fishers, Ind.-based First Internet Bank of Indiana named Mike Upton vice president and commercial real estate relationship manager.

Upton joined the bank as a portfolio manager in 2018. He has approximately 25 years of experience in commercial lending, according to a release.

Financial Services

Newtek Business Services Corp. unit Newtek Small Business Lending hired James DeSantis as director of credit operations.

He previously served as chief credit officer and vice president at The Credit Junction Inc.
