Millennium Management signed a long-term lease for more than 300,000 square feet at Boston Properties Inc.'s 399 Park Ave. property in Midtown New York City.
The office landlord said that with the Millennium lease, the approximately 1.6 million-square-foot building will be 93% leased.
Boston Properties added that it is close to completing its renovation of the property.
