TMX GroupLtd. said April 5 that it named Shaun McIver chief client officerfor equity capital markets.

McIver will join TMX on April 18. In the newly created role,he will focus on the design and execution of enhanced sales, relationshipmanagement and distribution strategies for TMX's capital formation and equitiestrading business.

McIver most recently worked as global head of the digitalmedia solutions business at Nasdaq Inc.
