VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)'s board of directors terminated the powers of Deputy Chairman Yuri Mironov, the bank said Dec. 25.
The move comes as Mironov is due to transfer to another position within the VTB Group.
VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Russia's VTB Bank PJSC.
