* Waterford, Mich.-based Clarkston State Bank, a unit of Clarkston Financial Corp., named Judith Rinkus senior vice president and commercial lender, according to a Dec. 13 news release.

According to Rinkus' LinkedIn profile, she previously served as senior vice president at Akron, Ohio-based FirstMerit Corp., which was acquired by Columbus, Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares Inc.

* First Sound Bank promoted Lisa Cleary to senior vice president and credit administrator, according to a Dec. 12 news release.

Cleary, who joined the Seattle-based bank in November 2015, has been serving as vice president of credit administration for the past year.

* Midland, Texas-based FirstCapital Bank of Texas NA, a subsidiary of First Bancshares of Texas Inc., named Mark Hodges Amarillo market president, the Amarillo Globe-News reported Dec. 10.

He has more than 40 years of professional experience, most recently in Marble Falls, according to the publication.
