Verdane buys 2 cloud-based HR/recruitment system providers

Verdane Capital, through its Verdane Edda fund, invested an undisclosed sum in cloud-based human resources and recruitment system providers HR Manager and Webcruiter.

The European investor will merge the two companies to form an integrated platform for talent recruitment and development in the Nordic region.

Verdane Edda will be the majority owner of the combined entity.

Verdane, which has offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Oslo and Stockholm, invests in software, consumer internet, energy and high-technology companies.
