Fox Factory Holding Corp. said its normalized net income for the fiscal second quarter ended July 1 came to 23 cents per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of 28 cents per share.
EPS increased 12.5% year over year from 21 cents.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was $8.7 million, a gain of 11.8% from $7.8 million in the second quarter ended June 30, 2015.
The normalized profit margin rose to 8.5% from 8.0% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue increased 5.3% year over year to $102.3 million from $97.2 million, and total operating expenses climbed year over year to $87.8 million from $84.3 million.
Reported net income grew 32.5% year over year to $9.0 million, or 24 cents per share, from $6.8 million, or 18 cents per share.
