Vibe Bioscience Ltd. completed the acquisition of private company EVR Managers LLC for an undisclosed sum, effective Dec. 30, 2019.

EVR Managers holds a license for an adult-use cannabis retail operation in Redding, Calif.

Vibe said it will make structural improvements to the acquired facility, and expects to open it to the public in January 2020 after municipal and state inspections.

Vibe expects the acquisition to increase its product portfolio and expand its coverage in California.
