Australian online lender Prospa Group LImited filed an IPO to raise A$109.6 million.
The company is offering new shares priced at A$3.78 each to institutional investors in Australia, New Zealand and other geographies. The offer is open to retail clients of brokerage companies Crestone, Bell Potter Securities and Macquarie Equities as well as certain investors in Australia chosen by the company. There will be no general public offer.
The company expects to list June 11 with a market capitalization of A$610 million. The shares will be listed on the ASX.
Macquarie Capital and UBS are the joint lead managers.
