David Morris resigned as the managing director and CEO of Monash IVF Group Ltd., effective immediately.

Morris, who was appointed to the positions in November 2017, resigned due to personal reasons and was unable to relocate to Monash IVF's head office in Melbourne, Australia.

Concurrently, the company appointed Michael Knaap as its interim CEO. Knaap is CFO and company secretary of the company.

Monash IVF Group provides assisted reproductive and specialist women imaging services in Australia and Malaysia.
