Five Point Holdings appointed Lynn Jochim and Kofi Bonner as its co-COOs and Greg McWilliams as its chief policy officer.

The company, which owns and develops mixed-use master-planned communities in California, said Jochim and Bonner previously were its executive vice president and regional president for Northern California, respectively. McWilliams previously was the company's regional president for Southern California.

The appointments were made March 21.
