Kazakhstan-based Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC named Pavel Barchugov chairman of the board of directors, effective Dec. 20.
The move comes after former Chairman Igor Kolomeyskiy left the board, effective Dec. 23.
The bank is a unit of PAO Sberbank of Russia.
