Saga PLC appointed Euan Sutherland group CEO, effective Jan. 6, 2020.

He succeeds Lance Batchelor, who is retiring and will continue as a director until he leaves the business Jan. 31, 2020.

Sutherland most recently served as CEO of Superdry PLC for five years.

Saga provides insurance and travel services, among other things, aimed at the over-50 population.
