L'Oréal SA said Oct. 17 that it has finalized the proposed acquisition of German organic beauty brand Logocos Naturkosmetik AG after receiving approval from relevant authorities.

The French cosmetics giant in August agreed to buy Logocos for an undisclosed amount.

L'Oréal previously said that it will globally expand the sales of Logocos' brands, which includes organic haircare and hygiene brands Logona and Sante, following the deal.
