TILT Holdings Inc. appointed Lars Vaule as the company's COO, effective immediately.

Previously, Vaule was interim CEO of a technology firm. In addition, he was president and board member of Jones & Vining, Inc., a tooling and plastic components manufacturer.

West Palm Beach, Fla.-based TILT Holdings is a cannabis company called Santé Veritas Holdings Inc. before a recent merger. TILT provides technology-driven solutions throughout the entire cannabis ecosystem.
