Perella Weinberg Partners' middle-market private equity group closed on the sale of door and window manufacturer Western Window Systems to PGT Innovations Inc. for $360 million in cash.
The sale marks the first disposal from PWP Growth Equity's Fund I, according to an Aug. 13 release.
