Former General Motors Co. executive Jeff Taylor has joined Fox Corp. as executive vice president and chief litigation counsel.

In this role, Taylor will oversee litigation, labor and employment, content protection and compliance for all of Fox's operations, including FOX (US), FOX Sports, FOX Sports 1 (US), FOX Sports 2 (US), FOX Deportes (US), FOX News Channel (US), FOX Business Network (US), FOX Television Stations and its multiplatform assets, the company said March 22.

Taylor previously was deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer for General Motors.
