Bank Indonesia keeps benchmark interest rate at 4.75%

Bank Indonesia kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged at 4.75% following the U.S. Federal Reserve's decision to hike rates, Reuters reported Dec. 15.

The central bank also maintained its deposits and lending rates at 4% and 5.50%, respectively.

Bank Indonesia said it will remain vigilant on the risks that capital flows into Indonesia can be reversed.
