Fairmont, W.Va.-based MVB Financial Corp. received approval to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company will begin trading on Nasdaq when markets open Dec. 7, under the symbol MVBF. Until then, MVB Financial will trade on the OTC.
