Ballymore seeking £160M for office development in London's Nine Elms district

Ballymore Group is seeking roughly £160 million for the One Embassy Gardens office development in London's Nine Elms district, Property Week reported.

JLL and Savills have been enlisted to market the 156,000-square-foot building located next to the new U.S. embassy, according to the Oct. 11 report.

The roughly 80% pre-leased tower has less than 30,000 square feet of available space left. Penguin Random House leased 83,400 square feet of space in December 2017, while DK leased 44,000 square feet spread over three levels in April and will relocate its operations there in 2020

The property is expected to be ready for occupation in 2019, according to the report.
