Patrimonium buys majority stake in German surface technology company

Patrimonium Asset Management AG's private equity arm bought a majority stake in Marktoberdorf, Germany-based surface technology company C. Hubner Gmbh for an undisclosed sum.

Patrimonium Private Equity conducted the acquisition through the newly formed Phabo-Gruppe AG, based in Kempten, Germany.

The acquired company specializes in individual tool construction, plastic injection molding and high-quality plastic electroplating. It has more than 200 employees and operates three sites at its Marktoberdorf location. Thomas Hübner will continue as a significant minority shareholder and manager of the company's operations.

Patrimonium is a Swiss alternative asset management company focused on real estate, private debt, infrastructure and private equity.
