Sinclair Broadcast unit extends bank credit agreement

SinclairBroadcast Group Inc. unit Sinclair Television Group Inc. extendedthe maturity date of certain loans and commitments under its existing bankcredit facility.

The company said July 19 that it extended the maturity dateof 80.3% of its pro rata commitments under its revolving credit facility andterm A loans to July 31, 2021, from April 9, 2018. The amount consists of$485.2 million in revolving credit commitments and $139.5 million in term loanA loans.

The remaining $153.5 million of outstanding term A loanswill mature April 9, 2018.
