Bill.com Holdings Inc. priced its IPO of 9,823,529 common shares at $22 apiece.
The Palo Alto, Calif.-based company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1,473,529 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The shares are expected to start trading on the NYSE on Dec. 12 under the ticker symbol BILL. The offering is expected to close Dec. 16.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities and Jefferies LLC are serving as the lead book-running managers for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. is acting as a book-running manager, while Canaccord Genuity LLC, Needham & Co. LLC and William Blair & Co. LLC are serving as co-managers.
