EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants has acquired the assets, employees and operations of Melville, N.Y.-based Total Management Corp.

Total Management provides customized risk management, property and casualty insurance as well as life and health insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in the real estate, construction and hospitality industries. It has created customized, specialty programs for not-for-profit and social services organizations.

Following completion of the acquisition, the business will operate as TMC Group - a division of EPIC.
