OA Development Inc. sold its five-building office portfolio at The Park-Huntersville, N.C., which it bought less than two years ago, to Healthcare Trust of America Inc. for $81.5 million, the Charlotte Business Journal reported.

The portfolio totals 395,796 square feet and includes the Kemp Building, the Reed Building, the Latta Building, the Storrs Building and the Alexander Building.

The properties were 90.4% leased at the time of the sale with tenants including Ensemble Health Partners, Black & Decker and Covia Holdings Corp., the publication said.
