Oak Creek Valley Bank, a single-branch bank based in Valparaiso, Neb., will become a branch of Jones Bank on July 1.

The banks' holding companies, Valparaiso Enterprises Inc. and Jones National Corp., completed their merger in 2015. The banking subsidiaries are combining effective July 1, Oak Creek Valley Bank President Mark Blazek said in an interview.

Oak Creek Valley Bank had $86.2 million in assets as of March 31, while Jones Bank had $235.0 million in assets as of that date.
