Zalando to sell streetwear unit KICKZ to Play Hard

Online fashion retailer Zalando SE on Dec. 16 said it agreed to sell its streetwear unit KICKZ AG to Play Hard GmbH for an undisclosed amount.

Play Hard is a subsidiary of incubator Crealize GmbH.

Germany's Zalando acquired KICKZ in 2017. The deal, expected to close in the first quarter of 2020, will not impact KICKZ's operations or personnel.
