Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. appointed Ana Luisa Lim as its chief compliance officer and head of its regulatory affairs division.

The appointment is effective Aug. 1, subject to regulatory approval, Rizal Commercial Banking said in a same-day stock exchange filing. Lim was in June appointed as the officer-in-charge of the regulatory affairs division.

The company added Edel Mary Vegamora was appointed as chief audit executive and head of its internal audit group, effective Aug. 3. She was most recently the chief financial officer and controller of the Bank of Commerce.
