Fitch Ratings will withdraw the ratings of Dewan Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. on or about Feb. 22 for commercial reasons, according to a Jan. 19 release.

The rating agency in March 2016 assigned long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings of BB with a stable outlook to the Indian company.
