Wood wins $66M Sellafield control systems supply contract in UK

John Wood Group PLC announced Dec. 18 it was awarded a $66-million contract to supply digital control technology to the Sellafield nuclear site in the United Kingdom.

Under the 10-year framework, Wood will provide all stages of system design, manufacture and assembly of equipment, obsolescence management and maintenance support to project work and decommissioning by Sellafield Ltd.

Wood announced, year-to-date through October, it had secured approximately $250 million in midstream-sector contracts across the U.S.
