Private & Commercial Finance Group Plc is changing its name to PCF Group Plc, effective immediately.

The company said the change was made to better align itself with wholly owned unit PCF Bank Ltd., a recently authorized specialist lender expected to commence savings operations later in the summer. The company's PCF ticker symbol remains unchanged.
