Hanover Co. to buy 4.5 acres in Houston; San Antonio retail asset trades hands

* An entity associated with The Hanover Co. agreed to buy about 4.5 acres at 3540 W. Dallas St. in Houston from the City of Houston and Harris County for $30.6 million, the Houston Business Journal reported, citing a city council agenda item. Hanover plans to develop the former Harris County Juvenile Detention Center property into multifamily apartments, retail space and integrated parking.

* RPD Catalyst LLC sold the 99%-leased, 165,993-square-foot Pavilions North shopping center in San Antonio to a private investor, REBusiness Online reported.

* Four Corners Property Trust acquired a restaurant property in Maryland from Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust for $2.4 million, which is occupied by a Starbucks and a Noodles & Co. restaurant.

* One William Street Capital Management LP signed a 12-year lease for about 30,000 square feet, or the entire 25th floor, of Fisher Brothers' 1.2 million-square-foot 299 Park Ave. office tower in Manhattan, N.Y., The Real Deal reported.
