FirstEnergy Solutions Corp., which has announced plans to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization under the name Energy Harbor, also plans to move its headquarters within Akron, Ohio, in the first quarter of 2020.

The new facility will house 150 employees, according to a Dec. 17 company news release.

As part of its reorganization plan, Energy Harbor will separate from parent FirstEnergy Corp., becoming a privately held independent power producer and a retail energy provider.
