Report: BNP Paribas issues €750M bond

BNP Paribas SA issued €750 million in seven-year bonds, Cbonds reported June 1.

The notes, which mature June 7, 2024, carry a coupon of three-month Euro interbank Offered Rate plus 0.75%. The initial issue price was 100.

BNP Paribas served as sole book runner on the deal, while Euroclear Bank and Clearstream Banking SA acted as depositories.
