Shinhan Bank issues A$300M of debt instruments

South Korea's Shinhan Bank Co. Ltd. issued A$300 million of floating rate debt instruments.

The instruments were issued Aug. 6 and will mature Aug. 6, 2019, according to a document recently obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Funds raised from the issuance will be utilized for the bank's general business purposes.
