Julia Wu stepped down as president of JPMorgan Chase Bank (China) Co. Ltd. but will retain her position on the company's board of directors.

Wu will also continue to lead JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s China global corporate banking.

Meanwhile, the JPMorgan China-incorporated bank appointed Lily Zou interim president, effective Aug. 1.

Zou will no longer serve as branch general manager for the bank's Shanghai branch.
