Landsea Green Properties Co. Ltd. has officially changed its name to Landsea Green Group Co. Ltd., effective March 2, after it received the certificate of registration for the name change from Hong Kong's Registrar of Companies March 22.

With the name change, the Hong Kong-based real estate developer's English stock short name was also changed to LANDSEA GREEN from LANDSEA PPT, with effect from March 29, 9 a.m. local time. Landsea Green is retaining its 106 stock code.

Shareholders of the company approved the adoption of a new company name Feb. 28. The company said in January that it was adopting a new name to better reflect its diverse operations.
