Fantasia to issue additional US$100M in 7.375% senior notes

Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. will issue an additional US$100.0 million in 7.375% senior notes due 2021.

The company said the additional notes will be consolidated with the US$400.0 million of 7.375% senior notes due 2021 issued in October. The notes will mature Oct. 4, 2021.

Fantasia will offer the additional notes at 99.884% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest from Oct. 4 to Dec. 29, excluding the latter date.

The company estimates net proceeds from the additional-note issuance to be roughly US$100.5 million, which it plans to use to refinance certain existing debt.

Fantasia said in a release that it has received approval in principle for the listing and quotation of the additional notes on the official list of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. is the sole lead manager and book runner for the issuance.
