Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. promoted Chief Accounting Officer Harout Diramerian to CFO.

The office and studio real estate investment trust also promoted Mark Lammas to president from CFO and COO while keeping his role as treasurer.

Chief Investment Officer Alex Vouvalides will assume the additional role of the company's COO.

The changes will go into effect Jan. 1, 2020.
