Pebblebrook Hotel Trust said it sold the 112-room Onyx Hotel in Boston for $58.3 million, reflecting a 5.9% net operating income capitalization rate and a 15.3x EBITDA multiple.

The hotel real estate investment trust will use the proceeds from the sale for general corporate purposes, including reducing its outstanding debt.
