Mercurius Capital Investment Ltd said its normalized net income for the third quarter was a loss of S$3.3 million, compared with income of S$1.3 million in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.
Total revenue declined 88.4% year over year to S$1.1 million from S$9.4 million, and total operating expenses declined 79.9% year over year to S$1.4 million from S$7.0 million.
Reported net income came to a loss of S$4.8 million, or a loss of 0 cents per share, compared to income of S$2.0 million, or 0 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
