Equity Commonwealth sells Denver office building for $115M

Office real estate investment trust Equity Commonwealth, through its operating unit, sold the Re/Max Plaza International building in Denver to real estate investor KORE Investments for roughly $115.2 million, the Denver Business Journal reported, citing public records.

The 12-story office property at 5075 S. Syracuse St. is anchored by real estate services firm RE/MAX Holdings Inc.
