Groupama Group appointed Mirela Agache Durand CEO of subsidiary Groupama Asset Management.

The appointment, effective from the first quarter of 2020, is subject to approval by the French Financial Markets Authority.

Durand will report to group CFO Cyril Roux. She was most recently deputy CEO of La Banque Postale Asset Management and CEO of Tocqueville Finance.
