Bank of Baroda to issue up to 15B rupees of bonds

Bank of Baroda plans to issue 5 billion Indian rupees worth of Basel III-compliant Additional Tier 1 capital bonds.

The issue will have an oversubscription option, and the total issuance size may reach up to 15 billion rupees.

As of Aug. 4, US$1 was equivalent to 63.65 Indian rupees.
