Infodema SA said its normalized net income for the third quarter amounted to 3 Chilean centavos per share, a decrease of 83.8% from 17 centavos per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 24.2 million pesos, a decrease of 83.7% from 148.7 million pesos in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin declined to 0.9% from 3.5% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue climbed 9.0% year over year to 4.60 billion pesos from 4.21 billion pesos, and total operating expenses rose 15.0% year over year to 4.46 billion pesos from 3.88 billion pesos.
Reported net income declined 54.5% on an annual basis to 108.3 million pesos, or 12 centavos per share, from 238.0 million pesos, or 27 centavos per share.
